The guardian of a city, who is neither human nor ghostly being.
Commanded by Yurine, who represents the “will of a city”, Karas must abandon their individuality to become the guardian of a city.
Otoha is a young man who was newly chosen as Karas of Shinjuku, and his name, Otoha, is actually an alias given as Karas.
