TVシリーズ放映から30周年を記念して、『ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版』から 「綾波レイ」をプラグスーツ姿で S.H.Figuarts化！

交換用表情パーツが5種付属した豊富なセット内容で、表情を交換することで様々なシーンを再現することが可能。更に、「S.H.Figuarts 式波・アスカ・ラングレー」（別売り）と一緒に飾りやすいハニカム形状の専用台座が付属。

「綾波レイ」がプラグスーツの衣装でS.H.Figuarts化！柔らかなポージングを取らせるために可動構造を工夫し、綺麗なシルエットを保ちつつ、胸の反りや腰の捻り等のポージングをさせることが可能に。
