To commemorate the 50th anniversary of “Space Battleship Yamato,” SEIKO has launched a collaboration watch, the price is 65,780 YEN. The limited edition chronograph model, with only 5000 pieces available, is being sold on the online store “PREMICO.”
Check out this super cool Space Battleship Yamato 50th Anniversary Commemorative Watch! The dial design features a tri-eye layout with a black and red gradient that depicts the Yamato floating in the pitch-black universe. At the 12 o’clock position, there’s an anchor mark symbolizing the Yamato, and the hour and minute hands are luminescent, making it easy to read the time even in the dark.
Inspired by Leiji Matsumoto’s mechanical aesthetics, the three sub-dials bring both style and sophistication. The case back is engraved with a 50th-anniversary logo and a unique limited edition number for each watch, adding a unique value.
