“UNI-Qreatives,” also known as “UNI-Q,” a creative crew based in Tokyo that is rapidly establishing its presence in the R&B scene,is known for their “UNI-Q Co-write Project”.

The group has been active with its current members since 2019, and as their name suggests, have gathered a unique and talented group of members with their own worldviews, who together have begun to create a stir in the music scene.

Growing up in Japan, USA, and Hong Kong, she graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2012 with a degree in Contemporary Writing & Production.
Mugino is an accomplished songwriter, having written chart-topping songs for many up-and-coming J-Pop and K-Pop artists in the industry such as NiziU, IMP., milet, CHANMINA, and more.
In recent years, she has come to specialize in vocal production and direction, translation of Japanese lyrics into singable English, and coaching English pronunciation for singers and rappers hoping to reach an international audience.
