The Viper Sharpshooter is an NAUS desert combat unit dispatched to join allied forces in the inland operations of “Area 4”. The unit’s birth can be traced back to the Secession Wars, where rapid desertification transformed much of the central continent.
Viper Sharpshooters form the core of anti-armor forces in the NAUS army and are equipped with anti-material rifles. Known for their crucial role in Operation Darksand, the joint NAUS and Agurts taskforce successfully routed an armored extremist group and recovered precious cargo in the Estancian deserts.

蝮蛇連是NAUS陸軍派遣至「第四區」的一支沙漠作戰部隊，主要任務是配合盟軍進入內陸作戰。他們的成立可追溯到分裂戰爭時期，經受北美中部沙漠的洗禮，優異的沙漠作戰能力成為了他們的傳統。
蝮蛇神槍手是部隊中反裝甲作戰的核心，配備反器材步槍。在暗沙行動中，NAUS與亞格斯聯合特遣部隊一舉擊潰了極端組織的裝甲部隊，並成功在伊斯坦西亞沙漠中找回貴重貨物。
