Hot Toys 現參照《星球大戰V: 帝國反擊戰》中以 1:6 比例的珍藏人偶模式深度還原黑武士，無論在可除頭罩的黑武士頭盔以呈現頭盔內部的細節構造、服飾造型的細緻度、維生器上的 LED 燈效，以及模擬 Darth Vader 與 Luke Skywalker 於 Cloud City 對決的人偶情景地台，透過 1:6 比例人偶還原「I am your father」的經典場景！
Hot Toys 細緻參考《星球大戰V: 帝國反擊戰》電影角色的造型設定所精心製作，除了忠實還原亮黑的頭盔和面罩上的瑕疵塗裝細節外，黑武士頭盔配備可卸除頭罩設計，除下頭罩後更可呈現頭盔内部精細且複雜的機械結構和 Anakin Skywalker 後枕部分，當中 Hot Toys 韓國團隊更細膩地還原了 Anakin Skywalker 後枕上的皮膚紋理與疤痕。此外，Hot Toys 按照角色身高比例和精確造型細節製作高約 35cm、具有 30 多個可動關節的可動素體，整套以黑色為主調的服飾配上標誌性的肩甲及黑色披風，極致像真；還有，胸前的維生器和腰帶上的兩個控制盒更內置 LED 燈光效果，其胸前維生器上的閃爍模式與電影一樣，盡顯 Hot Toys 團隊對每項細節的用心。隨人偶更會附上一把結合右手手套的可發光的光劍炳、一把光劍炳、兩個可裝配在光劍炳上的紅色光劍組件（分別是正常及揮動形態）及多對已戴上黑色手套造型的可替換前手臂，完美呈現黑武士於電影中的不同動態。除此之外，Hot Toys 更根據眾多星戰迷壓倒性一致認為星戰最經典場景 「I am your father」— 而逼真打造了一個 Darth Vader 與 Luke Skywalker 於 Cloud City 對決的人偶情景地台，當中的兩個黃色仿警報裝置更備 LED 亮燈效果，讓整套作品的收藏及賞玩價值更加淋漓盡致。
